This 28-storey office building with one basement level is the center of expressway traffic management and fully integrated rescue operations (Traffic Control Center). It stands prominently near the Asoke toll plaza. The design takes the EXAT symbol as the concept for the building’s form, creating graceful curves.

The building envelope alternates glass with solid materials to admit natural light appropriately, and sunshade panels reduce the heat entering the building. The layout and building systems also follow the TREE (Thailand’s Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability) green building standard, for an environmentally friendly, energy-saving building.

Thanks to its outstanding, high-quality products, the TYK brand was trusted to take part in the design and installation of three types of interior decorative glass: Selective Satin, U White and G White.
